Vreecase.com is a website that offers good service for Counter-Striker: Global Offensive players. You may have chances to receive some wonderful skins by opening cases here.

For now we only have Cases for the users to open and can get skins from the cases. More terms will online in the near future for you to have fun.

Before opening Cases

1.Login to Steam account, set your inventory visibility to "public" before to be able to receive a trade offer.
2. Add your steam trade offer URL to vreecase.com and save it.
3. Be sure to check if you are able to trade on Steam, otherwise our robot will not be able to send you your items.
4. Open your inventory, make sure there is no trade ban and it is at least 7 days after the password had been changed.
5. Using your vreecase.com account balance to open cases, please top up enough balance in your account.
Opening cases
Choosing one of the cases you are willing to open in a time, then simply click "Open case", you will finally see what weapon you'll get from the case.

VP - Vree Points, as the name suggests, VP is referred to barter as the virtual proprietary currency used in opening cases on Vreecase.com. Easy and simple to open cases with VP.

Steam Money are not applicable. You should top up the balance on vreecase.com through paying by cash or paying by skins.

Calm down! Your payment may be delayed for 5-10 minutes. If your account was not refilled within an hour, please contact the support email or leave a message on Member Center.

Sure. Turn to your Member Center, click on "Add Points", choose "Pay By Steam Skins", then sell your skins from your inventory and waiting for the trade process. After the "Trade Accepted", your account balance will be topped up.

Go to your vreecase.com Item Inventory page and click on "Send" button.
You will receive your items via trade offer, which you can find here.
You just have to accept the trade request from our bot.
1. Please set your Inventory Privacy Settings to "Public" from the Profile Page.
2. Also please verify that your steam trade offer URL is working. Whenever you create a new Trade URL, your old one will be useless. So when you change the URL please don't forget to update it on our site.
3. If you don't accept the trade offer from our bot within 24 hours, the item will be returned to your account.

Insufficient Inventory - Out of stock. Please wait for 40 minutes and try again.
The transaction is processing - Please clear your cookies or change your browser to try.
Send offer error - Steam error. We can't help you with that. Please try again later.
Withdraw failed - Please send your steam link to support@vreecase.com.

Logging in with Steam will never provide us with any private information. Steam uses Open ID to login to third party websites.

Cannot receive a trade offers always happens. You can check it by sending a trade offer to a friend.
There are a few different reasons why you may be unable to trade items. Please check on Steam "Trading and Market Restrictions" article here.

Update your Trade URL on your profile page and find your Trade URL here

Please follow the steps below and try again.
1. Public your inventory and profile.
2. Try to trade with your friends to see if your trade link works.
